Feast of Dedication

10 December 2018 / 2 Tevet 5779 / Feast of Dedication

This evening will be the last day of the Feast of Dedication, also known as Festival of Lights; and for practicing Jews, it is called Hanukkah. I have much that I could say about this very special season, but for now, I just want to make a commitment to be more dedicated in my service to the LORD Jesus Christ. And only through Him working through me can I do it!

There will come a day when our work is done, but until then may those of us who are faithful followers of Christ, be busy about His work, until He calls us home! Amen!

“Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.” John 12:35-36
